Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want you to be happy with your Jones T-Shirt Co. order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or we sent you the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges
Because many of our shirts are made specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes or changes of mind.

If we make a mistake with your order or your item arrives defective, please contact us and we’ll take care of it.
